Troy Farmer

Founder, MSW, MCC, CPC, CLAC, CGC
Vision Architect | Systems Strategist | Catalyst for Innovation

Troy Farmer is a powerhouse of purpose and strategy — the Founder of Kaleidoscope Innovative Solutions, a cutting-edge approach to program design that brings all levels of stakeholder engagement to life through bold and creative delivery methodologies. At the intersection of equity, innovation, and community, Troy transforms ideas into scalable realities for institutions, nonprofits, corporations, and public agencies. She has led large-scale initiatives powered by government funding, while also building bridges to private capital and foundation support — ensuring that transformative ideas don’t stall for lack
of resources.

For more than 20 years, Troy has been the quiet force behind countless impactful initiatives that have shifted mindsets, grown businesses, and ignited sustainable change. Her career is a tapestry woven with workforce development, entrepreneurship, small business support, community transformation, and innovation leadership. Whether launching ventures in underserved communities or designing national
strategies to build inclusive economies, she has an unmatched ability to navigate complexity, build from the inside out, and deliver with clarity and purpose.

Troy currently leads a statewide initiative that expands access to capital for socially and economically disadvantaged entrepreneurs. With a sharp eye for systems, she manages multi-layered teams, identifies subject matter experts, oversees grant performance, and ensures vendor partnerships are aligned for maximum output. She also previously led a multi-million-dollar initiative delivering outreach, technical assistance, and capital readiness to underestimated communities. At every turn, she brings a signature
approach: strategic structure, intentional equity, and deep-rooted compassion.

As a national trainer and facilitator, Troy has helped scientists, researchers, founders and small businesses uncover their customer base, define their value proposition, and bring game-changing ideas to market. She’s built curriculum, launched accelerator programs, and created innovation hubs designed to unlock the potential in people and places often overlooked. Her coaching style is bold and human, rooted in systems thinking, real-world strategy, and unshakable belief in possibility.

Troy is a natural connector and culture shaper. She’s passionate about helping organizations develop “healthy business cultures” that nurture leadership from the ground up. Her work brings together soft skill development, stakeholder engagement, operational design, and creative strategies that move beyond the performative and into transformative.

Armed with a Master’s in Clinical Social Work and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business and Marketing, Troy also holds professional certifications in Master Coaching (MCC), Group Coaching (CGC), Laser Coaching (CLAC), and Professional Coaching (CPC) through the International Coaching Federation. She’s the founder of an executive consulting firm and continues to lead teams, mentor entrepreneurs, and
speak on stages across sectors.

Troy Farmer is more than a strategist—she’s a visionary with her feet on the ground. Her work helps people and institutions prepare, position, and prosper, one meaningful step at a time.
